love love love this little unit! couldn’t wait for it to arrive and try it out. I made spinach, ricotta & feta puff pastry bites this morning. It sealed them so well. I am not coordinated enough to use the 9 second countdown auto button as yet, but the slow poke button work beautifully.

Easy to use crimped and sealed perfectly.
Shallow fried to brown them then air fryer for 4 minutes so they’re crisp and not greasy.
